NEW ORLEANS WELCOMES LIL WEEZYANA FEST 2024

The City announce plans to recognize Lil Wayne here in New Orleans.

He is regarded as one of the most influential music artists in Hip Hop and this weekend Lil Wayne is back with another star-studded, Lil Weezyana Fest 2024.

The multiple Grammy Award winning star will present the Weezyana Fest with a Hot Boys Reunion, featuring JUVENILE, BG & TURK with special guest Mannie Fresh and Rob 49 at the Smoothie King Center Saturday night.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell will honor the New Orleans native, record executive, producer, and artist for his career achievements, and cultural and community contributions. The Mayor will present Lil Wayne with a Key to the City and New Orleans Entertainment Ambassador Master P will present a Career Achievement Award to Lil Wayne on Saturday night at the Smoothie King Center.

In honor of his hometown during the 10th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, Lil Wayne launched Weezyana Fest to help give back to the city. This annual homecoming event has become one of the most dynamic concert performances in New Orleans, showcasing the best of the city's culture and community.
