U.S. Representative Chris Deluzio Tours Pittsburgh ATCT

U.S. Representative Chris Deluzio (Pa.-17) recently came to Pittsburgh ATCT (PIT) for a facility visit. PIT NATCA members William Kirby and Jonathan Sivley coordinated the visit and were joined by PIT FacRep Matt Ramer. During the visit, the controllers discussed the tower's operations, and building issues, as well as the air traffic controller hiring and training process.

Rep. Deluzio got to see the tower simulator and radar lab. Deluzio appeared very engaged and had many questions about the training process. Overall, it was a productive visit and NATCA looks forward to furthering this relationship moving forward.
