Join Us for an Important Public Outreach Meeting on Sumter County's Vulnerability Assessment Study

Sumter County invites you to a public outreach meeting to discuss the ongoing Vulnerability Assessment study. This crucial study will evaluate the county's vulnerability to flooding and other hazards, using past occurrences, current conditions, and future projections. The findings will help shape evidence-based recommendations to enhance disaster preparedness, response, and recovery efforts in our community.

At this meeting, Sumter County will present an overview of the study, including its background, goals, and scope. This is your chance to provide valuable input, share insights on local flooding and other concerns, and highlight critical assets that are important to you and the community.
