Arrest Made in Palumbo Drive Personal Robbery

One person has been arrested following a personal robbery that took place on Palumbo Drive this afternoon.

On December 11, 2024, around 4:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the area of Palumbo Drive near Bainbridge Drive for a personal robbery. The suspect, who had a firearm, robbed the victim of an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing in a vehicle. Officers in the area were able to locate the suspect's vehicle and take the suspect into custody.

Jamarion Brown, 18, was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Fleeing/Evading 3rd Degree, Trafficking a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, Trafficking a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. He is currently being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
