OSF Saint Luke to host giveaway event at former Medical Arts Center building

OSF HealthCare Saint Luke Medical Center will host a giveaway event at the former Medical Arts Center building, 716 Elliott St., on Friday, September 6, from noon-4 p.m. The event is open to the public and all items within the building will be available for free.

A wide variety of items are available including furniture, medical and office equipment, folding tables and chairs, artwork, holiday items and much more. Items will be available on a first come, first served basis.

OSF Saint Luke is donating the former Medical Arts Center building to Freedom House, a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and resources to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

"We are thrilled to host this event and support Freedom House in their mission," said Jackie Kernan, president of OSF Saint Luke. "This donation will help them expand their services and continue their invaluable work in our community."
