The DC Chapter is is hosting a virtual meeting that is open to chapter members and friends. After a popular "Mindful Moments" virtual meeting last year, the DC Chapter is excited to expand on the concept and bring a well-rounded Mind & Body Wellness session to credit unions.
First, nutritionist and fitness trainer Mary Dunn will present helpful tips for sticking to a sustainable diet to fuel your body.
Then, meditation instructor Keana Wilkes will give an overview of the benefits of meditation and lead the group through a short, guided meditation practice.
