Elm Street North Closed Due to High Water
The road will reopen as soon as the water recedes to a safe level

Due to the rising waters of the Red River, Elm Street North has been closed to traffic between 13th Avenue North and 15th Avenue North. Traffic will be detoured to 3rd Street North during the closure.
The closure is necessary because high water is causing safety concerns for the traveling public. The road will reopen as soon as the water recedes to a safe level.
