On September 25, 2024, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Landsea Homes Corporation (the "Company") unanimously appointed Bruce Frank, an independent director, as Interim Chair of the Board, succeeding Ming Tian. Mr. Tian will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
