NBWA Offers New Ways to Boost Women in Beer
NBWA and its members are leading efforts to attract, connect and elevate women in the beer industry. Through the Building Relationships and Empowering Women (BREW) and Alliance for Women in Beer initiatives, the association is offering a variety of new ways for companies to boost women in beer:
Sign the BREW Pledge
Join over 110 NBWA member companies who have signed the BREW pledge and committed to instituting policies and practices that enable women to thrive in the beer distribution industry.
Submit a Trailblazer Award Nominee
Celebrate extraordinary efforts to promote inclusivity in beer distribution by nominating an industry professional or company for the Freida G. Maisel Trailblazer Award. Make sure to get your nominations in before the July 31 submission deadline!
Attend BREW and Alliance for Women in Beer: Making Moves
Join industry pioneers in San Diego this Oct. 1-2 as we celebrate, connect and champion women in beer during an electric event filled with education and inspiration. Leaders from all three tiers, both women and men, will come together in an energetic and fun learning environment to shape the future of beverage alcohol.
Confirmed speakers include trailblazing figures from: Molson Coors, Walgreens, Buzzballs, Boston Beer and Total Wine, with many more to come.
