Clarksville Parks & Recreation Hosts Veterans Day Celebration at Kleeman Recreation Center

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn,- Clarksville Parks and Recreation is honored to invite the community to the Veterans Day Celebration on Saturday, November 9, from 5-8 p.m. at the Kleeman Recreation Center.

This special event offers an opportunity for veterans, their families, and the entire community to gather, reflect, and celebrate the brave service of those who have served in the United States military.

The Veterans Day Celebration will feature an evening of fellowship, reflections on military service, and special presentations. Attendees will have the chance to connect with other veterans and families, sharing stories and experiences in an atmosphere of camaraderie and support.

"As a veteran myself, I know how important it is to take time to reflect on our service and reconnect with others who understand the military experience," said Herman Brown, Kleeman Recreation Center Manager and United States Air Force Veteran. "This celebration is a chance for our community to come together in support of our veterans and their families, and to celebrate the sacrifices and contributions made by so many."

Whether you are a veteran, a family member, or simply wish to show your support, this event is open to all who wish to join in celebrating the service and sacrifices made by our military members. The event is free to attend, and all are welcome.
