Beginning the week of Monday, July 8, 2024, the contractor will begin reconstruction of the alley from East 11th Street to East 12th Street between Bluff Street and Grove Street. In order for the contractor to begin, an alley closure will be required. The alley closure will be in effect for five (5) to six (6) weeks, depending on the weather. Please see the area highlighted on the below map.

For safety's sake, please stay away from the construction area. Heavy equipment will be moving back and forth on the closed alley. It would be advisable to stay behind the sidewalk on the property side during the reconstruction work.
