Iranian Attack on Israel

The Brazilian government is following with concern the launch of approximately 200 missiles by Iran against Israeli territory. It condemns the escalation of the conflict and renews its call to all parties involved to exercise maximum restraint.

It also reiterates its conviction regarding the need for a comprehensive ceasefire throughout the Middle East and urges the international community to use all available diplomatic tools at its disposal in order to contain further deepening of the conflict.

The Embassy in Tel Aviv continues to monitor the situation of Brazilian nationals in Israel, in permanent contact with Brazilians in the country, to whom it has provided guidance and consular assistance.
