Brown Announces New Investment in Middletown Regional Airport

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced a new investment in the Middletown Regional Airport to fix a taxiway to bring it up to current standards. The Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration awarded the $354,374 investment to the City of Middletown through the Airport Improvement Program.

"Ohio airports are vital infrastructure supporting travel and commerce in our state," Brown said. "This investment will enhance safety and operations at the Middletown Regional Airport and improve travel for Ohio families and businesses."
