Mississippi River Levels Again Low at Harvest

Harvest is rolling across the Midwest, which has most ag market participants hyperfocused on the supply side - yields, harvest-friendly weather, how far along with harvest the neighbor down the road is, etc.

And it isn't unjustified. Farmers spend much of each year worrying about and preparing for the harvest. After all, producing and selling a crop is how most farm operations generate income. All that said, it's easy to get to this time of year and forget about what happens to those bushels once they're harvested and out of the truck/wagon.
