Moffitt Cancer Center Earns Family Friendly Business Award

TAMPA, Fla.-Moffitt Cancer Center has been recognized for its workplace policies by Family Friendly Tampa Bay, a local initiative developed to recognize companies that have adopted policies that give Tampa Bay businesses and organizations an advantage in recruiting and retaining the best employees.

Moffitt earned a platinum-level designation as a family friendly workplace, the highest recognition available. This award was based on several key categories, including paid leave, health support, work schedules, economic support, pay equity, diversity and inclusion, and community investment.

The Family Friendly Tampa Bay initiative offers resources to organizations on how to implement more family friendly policies and recognizes organizations that offer their employees family friendly benefits.
