41st Annual National Night Out Set for October 1

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX-The Corpus Christi Police Department (CCPD) invites residents to participate in the 41^st annual National Night Out (NNO) on Tuesday, October 1. NNO is a drug and crime prevention event celebrated annually to strengthen police-community partnerships and promote awareness, safety, and unity in our neighborhoods.

Citizens are encouraged to celebrate National Night Out by organizing neighborhood events such as block parties and cookouts. Citizens can also participate by turning on porch lights between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to symbolize solidarity against crime and support the Corpus Christi Police Department and Law Enforcement.

To register your celebration, please complete the National Night Out online form at www.cctexas.com/nationalnightout and include your event in our schedule of stops for the night.
