HHVBP Public Reporting Tip Sheet from CMS

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a new resource to help providers understand how their data will be publicly reported from the Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) model. The fact sheet confirms that home health agency-level performance metrics reported in the final CY2024 Annual Performance Report (APR) issued in December will be published in the Provider Data Catalogue in January 2025. The tip sheet also discussed which home health agencies will have Annual Performance Reports and the process for recalculation and reconsideration requests. CMS clarifies in this document that only home health agencies that submitted a recalculation request on September 7 can submit a reconsideration request to CMS.
