In addition to the ergonomic and performance benefits of the Ergo-Lock^® family, Ergo-Lock^® LP offers additional sustainability benefits and a 15% lower physical profile. This connector was specifically designed to minimize size for increasingly tighter vehicle spacing requirements, especially in battery electric vehicles.

Ergo-Lock^® LP, requires 30%+ less insertion force making installation easier for assembly workers (compared to traditional connectors).

This connector also reduces fluid system pressure drop by up to 35% from improvements to the design that further advance vehicle battery cooling and help optimize system flow.

As a part of the Ergo-Lock^® family, this innovation features a modular design with four-head rotation positions for routing flexibility. This feature allows for easier adaptation to last-minute design changes, helping reduce the need for tooling changes.

With our commitment to creating sustainable solutions, Ergo-Lock^® LP was designed using Nylon 66 (which is made from recycled feedstock) through extensive formulating and testing by our engineers. In addition, the production process eliminates waste and re-purposes raw materials.
