Fund 1 Investments, LLC ("Fund 1") serves as managing member of PLP. Jonathan Lennon (together with Fund 1, PLP and PL Fund, the "Reporting Persons") serves as managing member of Fund 1. Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of its or his pecuniary interest therein.
