Two individuals arrested for burglary 2nd

On September 16, 2024, State Police members arrested Barbara A. Brossoit, age 32, and Matthew D. Bray, age 50, of Winthrop, NY, were arrested for burglary 2nd.

On September 16, 2024, at approximately 8:10 p.m., Troopers responded to Sheldon Road in the town of Hopkinton for a suspicious person complaint. An investigation determined Brossoit and Bray entered a residence through a window without permission.

Brossoit and Bray were arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing. They were arraigned in the Town of Norfolk Court. Brossoit and Bray were remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash, $30,000 bond, and $60,000 partially secured bond.
