Just days ago, Moreno said "he still believes in national legislation" to ban abortion and that his stance is "crystal, crystal clear" and "has not changed." Moreno has said that he is "100% pro-life with no exceptions" and supports overturning the will of Ohio voters with a national abortion ban.
