Tree Planting Along the Hocking River

Help us plant trees along the Hocking River. Holes will be pre-dug. Volunteers will be planting, staking, mulching, watering and installing deer guards.

November 2nd 12:00pm-2:30pm. Planting will take place rain or shine, thunderstorms will cancel. If this occurs, make-up date will be Sunday, November 3rd 1p-3p.

Volunteers will meet on the bike path directly behind the Athens Community Center. Planting staff will direct volunteers from there.

Bring water to drink, snacks, appropriate clothing/coats/boots and work gloves.
