ASBTDC Offers November Consulting Sessions for Small Businesses

JONESBORO - The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at Arkansas State University will offer opportunities during November for small businesses to learn about starting or growing a business.

The ASBTDC provides one-to-one confidential guidance to business owners and entrepreneurs.

Primary areas of assistance include business planning, financial analysis, market research, loan packaging, growth and expansion, marketing, and profitability.

The consulting sessions offer opportunities for business owners to meet with an ASBTDC business consultant. There are limited spots for the consulting sessions.

The sessions will take place as follows:

-Tuesday, Nov. 19 - Laura Miller, director of ASBTDC, will lead consulting sessions in Paragould at the Generating Innovative Networks (G.I.N.) located at 200-212 North Pruett St. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

-Tuesday, Nov. 19 - Robert Bahn, ASBTDC business consultant, will lead consulting sessions from 1 to 3 p.m. at Arkansas Northeastern College in the Sullins Administration Building, room A101, located at 2501 South Division St. in Blytheville.

Before the consulting sessions, Bahn will lead the class "Budgeting and Finance Basics for Your Business" from 10 until 11:30 a.m.
