Further materials on the publication of children's images on the Internet

The Personal Data Protection Office continues its cooperation with the Orange Foundation. As a result, materials are created for people working in organisations and institutions whose task is to care for the welfare and safety of children.

A month ago, the Personal Data Protection Office together with the Orange Foundation published a guide entitled "The image of a child on the internet. To publish or not to publish?", which aimed to support institutions, organisations and all adults in better protecting children in the digital age.

We encourage you to read the next publications, dedicated to three specific entities:

  1. Is it necessary to publish images of children in the activities of sports clubs?
  2. Is it necessary to publish images of children in the activities of an NGO?
  3. Is it necessary to publish images of children in the activities of an educational institution?
