Crest Nicholson set to bring a further 387 homes to the West Midlands

Local house builder Crest Nicholson has recently launched new phases at two of its popular developments in Nuneaton and Coventry, bringing a further 387 high-quality new homes to the West Midlands.

Crest Nicholson has begun works on 161 new homes at their Sketchley Gardens development in Nuneaton, of which 48 will be affordable housing and 15 available via shared ownership. The latest phase will see three new house types, all designed to meet the M4(2) building requirements, meaning they are more accessible and adaptable for people with a range of needs, including people with reduced mobility, and some wheelchair users.

In Coventry, 226 new homes will be delivered at Westwood Park, including 81 affordable homes and 13 shared ownership. Bringing a mix of homes to the development, the phase will introduce five new beautiful house types, such as the three bedroom Redgrave and five bedroom Buckingham.

Designed to maximise energy efficiency, all new homes across the Westwood Park and Sketchley Gardens developments will feature PV panels and Electric Vehicle Charging Points.
