Dustin leverages more than 16 years of comprehensive banking and financial services experience to serve our clients. His extensive background includes more than 11 years focused on commercial banking, with expertise in traditional and SBA lending, cash management services, and financial analysis. A University of Central Missouri graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Dustin combines his academic foundation with hands-on industry experience.
