RNC Statement on Senator JD Vance’s Dominant Debate Victory
WASHINGTON - Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Michael Whatley released the following statement on Senator JD Vance's dominant performance in tonight's vice presidential debate:
"Senator Vance demolished Tim Walz in tonight's presidential debate because he and President Trump have the winning vision for America, and Walz couldn't answer for the past four years of failure under Kamala Harris. Instead, Walz stammered, spun, and lied because he can't defend the failed Harris record of raising costs for families by over 20 percent, opening the southern border to rapists, murderers, and violent criminals, and enabling evil regimes like Iran to wipe Israel off the map. It's clearer than ever: a Harris-Walz White House would make all families even less prosperous and less safe, but President Trump and Senator Vance will save our country and Make America Great Again."
