Dentsply Sirona appoints Bruce Peatey as Group Vice President of new Americas RCO

Dentsply Sirona has announced changes to its global Regional Commercial Organization (RCO) structure, uniting the North America (NAM) and Latin America (LATAM) RCOs into a new joint Americas RCO. Bruce Peatey will move from the company's Asia Pacific (APAC) RCO to lead the new region.

Charlotte, N.C. Dentsply Sirona, the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, has appointed Bruce Peatey as Group Vice President of its new Americas RCO.

Peatey joined Dentsply Sirona in 2022 to lead the company's APAC RCO, where he focused on building a collaborative leadership team, enhancing commercial activities, and implementing various DE&I initiatives. He is a seasoned healthcare industry commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, and biotechnology companies, including experience in North American and LATAM markets.

In his new role, Peatey will set his focus on high employee engagement to drive high-performing teams. Following a relocation to Charlotte, NC, where Dentsply Sirona is headquartered, he plans to travel the region to meet employees and customers to identify areas of success and opportunity.

Dentsply Sirona's newly created Americas RCO encompasses the previous North America and LATAM RCOs, which were merged to improve synergies and accelerate the company's strategic and commercial success.
