Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, was awarded a $1,239,690,206 modification (P00061) to contract W58RGZ-22-C-0010 for UH-60M aircraft. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2027. Fiscal 2025 Foreign Military Sales (Australia, Brazil, Greece, Sweden, and Thailand) funds in the amount of $1,239,690,206 were obligated at the time of the award. General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, is awarded a $23,016,724 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-20-C-2114 to exercise FY25 options for Reactor Plant Planning Yard support for nuclear-powered submarines and Support Yard for the Navy's Moored Training Ships. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut. Fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $6,940,127 (74%); and fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,250,000 (26%), will be obligated at time of award, and funds in the amount of $2,250,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Moorestown, New Jersey, is awarded a $21,062,528 cost-plus-incentive-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-23-C-5123 to exercise options for in-Service AEGIS combat system baseline sustainment, Baseline 10 System Integration and Fielding, and product documentation. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2024. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $19,676,866 (93%); fiscal 2025 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $849,819 (4%); and fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $535,843 (3%), will be obligated at time of award and funds in the amount of $849,819 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

JAG Alaska Inc.,* Seward, Alaska, is awarded an $18,715,881 firm-fixed-price contract N3220525C4125 for 81-calendar day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry dock availability of Military Sealift Command's fleet rescue and salvage ship USNS Grasp (T-ARS 51). This contract includes a base work package and three unexercised options for additional work and time, which if exercised, would increase the cumulative value of this contract to $19,015,593. Work will be performed in Seward, Alaska, beginning Dec. 29, 2024, and is expected to be completed by March 19, 2025. Fiscal 2025 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $18,715,881 are obligated and will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was a small business set-aside solicited via the SAM.gov website and one offer was received. Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

CORRECTION: The contract announced on Oct. 24, 2024, of a $24,527,535 firm-fixed-price contract to Alabama Shipyard LLC, Mobile, Alabama, to perform the post-shakedown availability on Military Sealift Command's fleet replenishment oiler the USNS Harvey Milk (T-AO 206), has not yet been awarded.
