Police investigate weapons call

On August 28 at 5:05 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a weapons complaint at the Westin Hotel,1181 Hollis Street, Halifax. At 8 p.m., the Emergency Response Team arrested two men and one woman without incident. Police are not looking for any other suspects. No one was injured during this incident.

Investigators with the Integrated General Investigation Section and Patrol remain on scene. The investigation is ongoing, and charges are expected.
