Greenberg Traurig Represents Consello Capital in its Acquisition of EHE Health

NEW YORK -Aug. 13, 2024- Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Consello Capital in connection with its acquisition of EHE Health.

EHE is a national health care provider network in preventive health that partners with mid- and large-sized employers to give their employees and beneficiaries an entry point to organized health care, beginning with prevention. EHE Health is headquartered in New York City and operates and/or contracts with over 200 health clinics across the United States, staffed by a network of curated physicians and clinicians.
