University Hospitals Announces New Urgent Care Location in Cleveland-Edgewater

CLEVELAND - University Hospitals (UH) opened a new urgent care facility in Cleveland's Edgewater neighborhood. UH Urgent Care Cleveland-Edgewater is a welcome addition to patients in the community and reduces their travel time when seeking medical attention. This new location is part of the larger plan to deliver healthcare closer to where patients live, shop and work.

UH Urgent Care Cleveland-Edgewater opened July 29th at 1407 W. 117th, Cleveland, OH 44102, at the corner of Detroit Avenue. Ideally located between the City of Lakewood's border and Edgewater Park, near theClifton Boulevard retail district. This location, on the mass transit bus route, has prime visibility from the road with ample parking to ensure convenient access to high-quality healthcare services for Cleveland and surrounding area residents.

This new location, and all UH Urgent Care facilities, are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week, with special hours on some holidays. This location is equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by experienced healthcare professionals dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient, and personalized care to patients of all ages.

Services include on-site x-ray, lab, EKG, medication dispensing, and more. With the opening of this Cleveland location, UH Urgent Care now offers 24 locations in Northeast Ohio.
