If you didn't know there was an arts district in Bellevue, Hoffman explains how the BelRed neighborhood, northeast of downtown, is home to the largest concentration of arts and culture organizations on the Eastside. She gleans additional insights from board members of the BelRed Arts District Community Alliance before touring the neighborhood.
