What are some of the key focuses in your day to day that you use Adobe Acrobat for?

Acrobat assists the Creo Legal team in digesting documents quickly to ensure advice can be shared with clients swiftly. Having this ability to fast track the work has allowed for more effective practices overall and clear summaries of information between multiple parties.

How has Acrobat helped in different processes within your business?

Technology has drastically changed many use cases within the legal industry over the past few years. From reviewing contracts, deeds and agreements to sending them out for signature, Adobe Acrobat has increased the speed of getting work done. It even allows the team to keep things moving while on the road.

What are some of the trends you are seeing that AI will have a positive impact on?

Lawyers are often slower to adopt to new technologies. AI is going to change all industries and there will come a time where these businesses will need to adapt.

It's exciting to consider how AI tools will improve wider industries such as healthcare. We have many clients within this industry, and AI will be a real gamechanger.

Do you see there being any challenges as businesses start to adopt AI features?

Once people realise the power of AI technology, the challenge will be working out the right ways to use it efficiently across various tasks. It is important to understand what we can lean on AI for, and what elements still require a human touch.

It is important that lawyers use AI as a tool, rather than a substitute for personal knowledge, skills and experience.
