StepStone Group Closes StepStone Secondary Opportunities Fund V

Fried Frank acted as counsel to StepStone Group in connection with the formation of StepStone Secondary Opportunities Fund V, L.P. The fund is part of StepStone's broader secondaries platform and raised $4.8 billion in aggregate capital commitments, more than double that of its predecessor fund. Related separate accounts were raised alongside bringing total commitments to $7.4 billion.
