FRANKLIN STPolice responded to a larceny on the 300 block of Franklin Street. Michael Rebello, 31, unhoused, was arrested on a warrant out of Brighton Municipal Court for Larceny from Building. Philip Malaguti, 40, unhoused, was arrested on a warrant out of Taunton District Court for Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended License, Window Obstruction, and Possession of Class A Drug.
