Police responded to a business on the 1200 block of Massachusetts Avenue for suspicious activity. A manager at the business told officers someone tried using a fake ID for a transaction. Jonathan Bays, 31, of Oregon, was placed under arrest for larceny by scheme over $1,200.00, identity fraud, forged Registry of Motor Vehicle document, uttering a false check, forgery of check and attempt to commit a crime.
