DNC Statement on Thanksgiving Arrow

In celebration of Thanksgiving, DNC Chair Jaime Harrison released the following statement:

"Each year on Thanksgiving, we express our gratitude for our friends, family, and communities and reflect on what we're thankful for. As we gather with our loved ones, we're grateful to our leaders - like our governors standing up for our reproductive freedoms and our history-making members of Congress ready to take on extreme Republicans - who are fighting for the American people every day and dedicating their lives to uplifting workers, advocating for our students, and helping hardworking families.

"Over the last four years, President Biden and Vice President Harris have given us so much to be thankful for. From lower prescription drug prices to student debt relief, their policy achievements have improved the lives of Americans nationwide. We're thankful for the PACT Act and its commitment to our veterans, we're thankful for the jobs created under the CHIPS and Science Act, and we're thankful for the transformative infrastructure made possible by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Under the leadership of President Biden and Vice President Harris, our country has seen generational progress, and we are forever grateful for their service to the American people.
