Due to the expiration of temporary provisions in the Bankruptcy Threshold and Technical Corrections Act (BTATC Act), the Administrative Office of the United States Court has published a revised Bankruptcy Official Form 101, Voluntary Petition for Individuals (revision of line 13), and a revised Bankruptcy Official Form 201, Voluntary Petition for Non-Individuals (revision of line 8).
