Municipal Clerk’s Office Achievement of Excellence Award

At the last City Council meeting, City Secretary for the City of Stafford, Roxanne Benitez, on behalf of the Texas Municipal Clerks Association (TMCA) Board of Trustees, presented the Municipal Clerk's Office Achievement of Excellence Award to City Secretary Tracy Lynn Garcia and her staff.

The Municipal Clerk's Office Achievement of Excellence Award, sponsored by the Texas Municipal Clerks Association, Inc., is designed to recognize value in the effective and efficient management of the municipal clerk's office.

This award covers a period of two years, and it is the first time that the City of Tomball has received it. There are a total of 1,221 active municipalities in the Texas Municipal Clerks Association. Tomball is one of only 47 municipalities to receive this award for 2024. Congratulations to Tracy and her staff!
