Negative Declaration

Niagara County - The City of Niagara Falls Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Gill Creek Green Infrastructure Solutions Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the implementation of stormwater retrofits, wetland creation, native species plantings and habitat pool and mound establishment to improve water quality within Hyde Park Lake. These enhancements will help treat approximately 2,330,500 gallons/year of currently untreated stormwater by reducing nutrients that enter Gill Creek. The project is located at Hyde Park Lake, in the City of Niagara Falls, New York.
