City of Albany - Ordinance 10.42.24

Negative Declaration

Albany County - The City of Albany Common Council, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ordinance 10.42.24 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Unified Sustainable Development Ordinance (USDO) contains certain ambiguities as to how commissary kitchen, ghost kitchen, cloud kitchen and catering and other businesses primarily engaged in the commercial preparation of food should be classified and regulated. This legislation addresses those ambiguities by creating Commercial Food Preparation as its own Land Use Category. The project is located throughout the City of Albany, New York.
