Notice of Public Hearing: DCA24-0007; Community Engagement Incentive Development Code amendment

The City of Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding amending the Denton Development Code including but not limited to amending Section 2.4 Common Review Procedures related to adding a community engagement incentive process.
