Montana Issues Advisory Memorandum Regarding Certification of Compliance
On September 9, 2024, the Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance (CSI) issued a Supplemental Advisory Memorandum regarding the certification of compliance for all property and casualty statistical reporting filings.
The advisory memorandum now includes that, effective immediately, the Certification Form that is to be signed by a company officer must also certify compliance with statistical reporting requirements. The Certification Form has been updated to reflect the requirements outlined in the advisory memorandum.
