Changes to Main Campus Key Pick-Up Process

Key Control recently updated their processes for fall 2024 semester. The online key request process will remain the same and all keys are to be requested online through the key request website. As a reminder, you can only access the key request and approval site while on campus.

For Main Campus, an electronic locker key pick-up system has been implemented. Keys will be available for pick up on a walk-in basis, via an electronic locker system located in PO1090 in Plant Operations. Customers will receive a unique code via email from our locker system (KeyCafe) when keys are available to pick up. This code will be entered into the locker kiosk by the customer to open the locker containing assigned keys.

The lockers will be available on a walk-in basis Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. No appointments are required but your keys are not available until you receive your pick-up code.

Main Campus key returns also will be located in Plant Operations Room 1090. Returned keys will be processed through a key drop box.

For Health Science Campus, the key pick up and return process remain unchanged.

Key holders and supervisors on all UToledo campuses can monitor key assignments and returns online via their online key dashboard.
