The Untold Story of... Lindsay Green
- I received my master's degree in Disability Services in Higher Education at CUNY SPS, which is the only program of its kind in the world.
- I started working for a professional theatre when I was nine years old. I worked there for 10 years and it inspired me to go to college for technical theatre. I majored in lighting design.
- I designed the lights for several Off-Broadway shows including the first family musical about Disabilities 'Addy & Uno.'
- I am currently in crunch time for my wedding at the beginning of November. We are very excited to officially 'tie the knot.' (pictured above, right, at my bridal shower)
- I recently accepted a position on the Advisory Board for Best Buddies. Siena does have a chapter of Best Buddies and it is a very active club on campus. Last year I was even a mission partner for a champion of the year and was honored at their yearly gala.
- My brother, Cameron, is a Siena graduate, Class of 2012.
- I have a 6-year-old pup named Athena (below)!
- Gilmore Girls is my favorite show and I have rewatched the series over 20 times and could recite many of the episodes.
- I love the holidays. I fully redecorate my house for both fall/Halloween and Christmas. Growing up, my family had a ton of traditions that we would follow each year which made this time of the year so special.
- My family is extremely important to me. I have five nieces and two nephews, and I try to spend a lot of time with them and enjoy their childhood years.
