Appeal to locate girl missing from Marrickville

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Nataiya Mitchell, aged 16, was last seen leaving an address on Darley Street, Marrickville, about 9.20pm on Saturday 31 August 2024.

When she was unable to be located or contacted, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Nataiya's welfare due to her age.

Nataiya is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, of slim build, with blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing black leggings, black t-shirt carrying a backpack.

Anyone with information on Nataiya's whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
