As of September 3, 2024, Senior Credit Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company"), sold unregistered limited liability company units in the Company (the "Units"), to an investor, with the final number of Units being determined on September 23, 2024. The offer and sale of the Units was exempt from the registration provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), pursuant to Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act, Regulation D thereunder, and/or Regulation S thereunder.
