The nonpartisan election forecaster Inside Elections has moved New York's 19th Congressional District in Josh Riley's favor from "Tilt Republican" to a "Toss Up."

Josh Riley continues to gain momentum after outraising Marc Molinaro every quarter he's been in the race - building the warchest needed to communicate to Democrats, Republicans, and Independents alike in a district with five media markets. New polling also shows Riley leading Molinaro 48-45.

After spending the month of September spreading brazenly racist, debunked conspiracy theories, multiple headlines just this week have exposed Molinaro for continuing to lean into his downward far-right spiral just days out from Election Day - despite running in a traditional swing district.

NY-19 has consistently been ranked one of the most competitive races in the country, including by major non-partisan forecasters like Cook Political Report, National Journal, and FiveThirtyEight.
