2. Whether Stanley Rural Ambulance District properly responded to a request for records.

Conclusion:

1. While announcing a special meeting 5 minutes before it commences is a short amount of time to notice a special meeting, Stanley Rural Ambulance District met all the notice requirements and under the circumstances in this instance properly noticed its special meeting.
2, Stanley Rural Ambulance District's response to a request for records complied with open records law because no additional records responsive to the request existed.
